This week I wanted to share with you a quick, easy and healthy recipe our family loves!
Our family is huge pizza fans so Monday night in our home is always pizza night. We’ve tried many recipes but recently this one is our favorite!
Mondays can be a bit blah so why not add a little bit of excitement to your families day with your own pizza night! This quick and easy recipe is perfect for any busy mama (especially on the days you don’t feel like cooking a whole lot)
There is only a few ingredients but tons of flavour packed into each slice! Sweet pineapple, perfectly seasoned chicken and fresh arugula is enough to make your mouth water and keep you wanting more!
Pineapple Chicken and Arugula Pizza
1 Multi Grain Pizza Crust
1 Chicken Breast
Roast Chicken Seasoning
Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
Heat oil on pan and add garlic. Once garlic is browned add chicken.
Add seasonings to chicken and cook completely.
Add pizza sauce to crust.
Add pineapple chunks evenly over pizza crust.
Distribute chicken evenly over pizza.
Bake pizza at 375F for 20 – 25 minutes depending on how crispy you prefer.
Top with fresh arugula and serve immediately.
